  42.     I interpret that as meaning that this stuff is PD, since,
  43.  
  44.     1 - It's government contracted research.
  45.  
  46.     2 - There's no copyright statement.

  48.     I would be willing to send you the file for posting on UCSD, if
  49. you feel it is appropriate. I see no difference between this code and
  50. the MININEC code currently posted on SIMTEL as far as ownership is
  51. concerned. The only issue I see is that I don't believe the code will
  52. run "as-is", except perhaps on a VAX (which I don't have :-).

  55. you the code.

  90.     This code is marked as being for the VAX. I don't know. People who
  91. want to use it should count on doing some work, but I believe the code
  92. is complete and will compile (with some changes most likely :-)
